An SFW gift exchange focused on Gen relationships in MHA!
Welcome! For this exchange, a Gen relationship is classified as any sort of relationship that isn't romantic. This could include friendships, familial relationships, QPRs, enemy dynamics, and any other you can think of!
Event Rules ✩
Rules of our exchange. Breaking of the rules may result in being kicked from the event.
Be courteous. No hate speech or bullying will be tolerated.
All works must be SFW (i.e. rated G or T).
Gift should be tailored to the giftee's likes and Do Not Wants (DNWs) to the best of your abilities. Strictly no generative AI works.
Gifts must be centered around at least one Gen dynamic in BNHA.
This event will not allow: NSFW, rape/non-con, adult/minor romantic ships, and incest.
Gift requirements
Writers: A complete, standalone fic of at least 1k words. Multi-chapter works welcome, but they must be completed before the deadline.
Artists: An art piece with lineart and flat colours.

What is a gift exchange?
↳ A gift exchange is when participants are given an assignment with a list of their giftee's ships, likes, and dislikes, and are tasked to create a gift for them! In return, they will also receive a gift back.Who can participate?
↳ This is a SFW event, so anyone of any skill level and age is allowed to participate!Do I need an AO3 account to participate?
↳ Unfortunately, yes. This is because sign-ups and the matching process will all be done on AO3. For more information on AO3-run gift exchanges, check out the fanlore.
↳ We will have comprehensive guides for sign-ups and postings, so if you are new to AO3-run gift exchanges, fret not! We encourage your participation!What counts as a Gen relationship?
↳ Anything that isn't a romantic slash (/) relationship. This could be familial (e.g. Inko & Izuku), friendship (e.g. Bakusquad), mentor & mentee (e.g. All Might & Izuku), and so on. It's up to you!Will there be a Discord server?
↳ Yes! It will open when sign-ups open. However, it is not compulsory to join, as important information will be sent via email (the one linked to your AO3 account).I have a question for my giftee, who can I ask?
